Most platforms call everything the server accepted "delivered". We don't. Each status comes from the real logs of the delivery server, correlated message by message by the unique identifier.

Soft and hard bounce, spam, unsubscribe and suppression — each with a friendly, plain-language reason.
Opens measured by pixel, recorded the moment the recipient opens.
Problematic addresses go to the suppression list and are blocked before the next send.
